NCRA Executive Committee History
Keith A. Huston, Ohio, served as Director-at-Large (DAL) from 1979-1988.
Kurt C. Feltner, Kansas, served as DAL from 1989-1994. In July 1992, the DAL title was changed to Executive Director.
Richard L. Lower, Wisconsin, served as Executive Director from 1994-2000.
Daryl Lund, Wisconsin, served as Executive Director from 2000 to 2007.
Arlen Leholm, Wisconsin, served as Executive Director from 2007 to 2013.
Jeff Jacobsen, Michigan, served as Executive Director from 2014 to 2022.
Jeanette Thurston, Kansas, serves as Executive Director from 2022 to the present.
In 1995, the NCRA voted to eliminate the secretary position of the Executive Committee.
In 1999, the Regional Research Committee (RRC) was renamed the Multistate Research Committee (MRC).
